Great office . Highly recommend. I visit frequently for ingrown nails. They always accommodate me and I am highly satisfied.
If I could give less stars I would. I called Caring Podiatry on Monday and was told someone would call me back. They did call me back shortly after, I gave my insurance number and the person confirmed I was in network and I made an appointment for 2:15 on Thursday. I received an email and completed all the necessary pre visit info that same day. On Wednesday afternoonI received a call confirming my appointment. An absolutely wonderful staff. Great experience
Overall bad experience. Waste of time, energy and money. Dont know about the other Doctors in the practice but Fillari demonstrated an ambivalence and lack of desire and/or willingness to help. Poor and ineffective guidance was given for the issue at hand and was difficult to get a hold off when most needed to determine the next steps. Based on my experience Caring Podiatry is an oxymoron for this practice.
I suffered from toenail fungus for years and with Dr Shapiro it’s now all gone! I feel like me again! I’m not embarrassed or uncomfortable. Plus Dr Shapiro is a sweet kind man! Highly recommend his care.
