My mother has been cared for by the HHA women for a week now and all has gone smoothly. They are caring and tend to mom the way you would hope. So far so great!

They consistently overcharge and the office staff is rude. Double check you bill, or better yet use another service

I reported client neglect, as required by law, and instead of addressing it, Caring People retaliated against me. My shifts were canceled, communication stopped, and the agency chose to protect its image rather than its clients or caregivers. No family should trust an agency that punishes caregivers for doing the right thing.

Most of the workers are so rude ,when you call and ask if they have any cases they reply in a rude manner and if they give you a case and you want clarification on something they are so rude to you ,The workers in the office need to be trained on how to talk to their hha .there are a few nice ones like Jessica and Christine (Tom’s River) from their HR department but the rest need to be trained on how to interact with their Aides because we work for the company without us there is no caring people.
