One of the worst clinic experiences I've ever had. There is a woman with gold teeth, and a bald head that is the receptionist that is the rudest, most unprofessional person I've ever encountered in medical. She talks to patients with no respect and has the nerve to hang up on people as well. This is not the experience you want if you want "medical professionals" vs seeing a doctor. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was very unprofessional and seemed poorly informed. They came across as dismissive and lacked basic knowledge about insurance!, Instead of being helpful, they made the experience frustrating and stressful. Front desk staff are the first impression of a practice, and patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and competence. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Dr. Frank Oramalu is a doctor that listens and works with the patient to get the best health outcome.
Nice, quiet, clean atmosphere. In & out for labs.
I hope I never have to change my Dr’s office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Dr Oramalu knew what he was doing when he hired Danesha, Jeannie and Leslie. Village Medical rocks!
