Unfortunately, the front desk staff was very unprofessional and seemed poorly informed. They came across as dismissive and lacked basic knowledge about insurance!, Instead of being helpful, they made the experience frustrating and stressful. Front desk staff are the first impression of a practice, and patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and competence. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Dr. Frank Oramalu is a doctor that listens and works with the patient to get the best health outcome.

I hope I never have to change my Dr’s office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Dr Oramalu knew what he was doing when he hired Danesha, Jeannie and Leslie. Village Medical rocks!

I went to see the doctor and told him what concerns and discomfort I was having he kept a smirk on his face like he couldn't take me serious. I said I think there is an infection and he half-assed looked and said I don't think so and I said I do so I told him I wanted some antibiotics. He wasn't willing to help. Before the antibiotics kicked in my cheek was swollen and I was in excruciating pain to the point of missing work. 0 stars. Save time and go elsewhere.
