So far this has been a great company to work for. The management has been great! They work with you to fit the needs of your schedule as well as the clients needs. Very understanding. The clients and families have been a pleasure to work with as well.
I am pleased with the care my mother has received through Caring Mission. The aide assigned to her has been exceptional in meeting her unique needs, especially given that my mother is deaf. He communicates patiently and effectively, ensuring my mother feels comfortable, safe, and respected at all times.
