One of the better agency's out here! All others treat u like crap!!!! They are in Ozone Park, Queens!! Accept CDPAP for family to care for loved ones! They make it simple for you!
Caring Home Care at the Cross Bay location in Ozone Park has exceptional staff. Especially Justine Harrichan. She goes above & beyond to assist & find resolutions as needed. They're very helpful.
Let's shine some light on Justine!! She has helped me get my certificate and got me a job! She is awesome!
I had a very negative experience with a front desk employee. I don't quite recall her name, however, she was rude and slammed a door in another customer's face for no apparent reason. Childish, immature behavior - and just poor customer service overall.
