In an industry where people can sometimes feel like just a number, the leadership here goes above and beyond to treat employees with dignity and compassion. I work for this company, along with my brother and sister, and I also have a sibling who receives care from them. They’re easy to work with as long as communication is clear. Caring and always just a call, text, or message away. After retiring, I decided to take on another job, and this was definitely the right choice for me.
Don’t work here especially if you have a kid/ kids. I’ve been in the healthcare field for 9 years and out of the 9 this was my worse experience.
The owner is a very genuine caring and compassionate human. You can tell this was her calling. I would highly recommend her business for all your at home care needs.
