I live in Los Angeles at the Good Shepherd Manor,I had a problem with my stove for about a year they sent someone to look at it 4 times and still not fix,I fill my complaint made office treat me different,I just think the way they treat tenants is unacceptable certain tenants get treated differently.
Excellent customer service to clients, residents, employees, vendors etc.
