Unbelievably poor case management for disabled people. Doesn’t do proper paperwork for DSS to get paid. No communication with client or family. Does not respond to client requests for assistance or information. The worst I have ever experienced.

Lack of employee incentives. Poor employee relations. Sub standard employee/employer communicating skills. I would not recommend seeking employment or use of agency services.
