Jay was very accommodating on very short notice. He explained their rates in detail. Rates are quite high but we lived Connie. Caregiver Connie was extremely comforting, kind, friendly. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. Her husband is an excellent cook! Our time with her was only 3 days. We waited too long to get help.
The Caring Hearts team was great with my Dad and I'm so glad we chose them for in home care. Jay was a really good partner and helped give us advice for a situation we had no experience with. They communicated well, organized a care team based on my Dad's needs, and were flexible when his care needs changed. The back office team including Jenny were communicative and responsive at every step of the way. Caring Hearts is an excellent caregiving company. I've needed several types of care for my 90-year-old mother. She was very healthy, living independently, then fell and broke her arm badly. We didn't need skilled nursing care, but we needed 24-hour care to feed, bathe, get around without falling, wake up in the middle of the night when she needed to go to the bathroom, take medications, and comfort her when she was miserable.
