My mom has been in "lock up" unable to get out of rehab due to covid. I contacted Caring Hearts and they were able to get mom home. She came home in May and we've had Caring Hearts in our home 8 hours a day seven days a week since. Mom passed away last week, to return to her dear Timothy. We could not have had her home where she wanted to be if it weren't for Caring Hearts. Thank you so much! Wonderful people!

Caring Hearts of Rochester truly provided the assistance we needed at such a difficult time for those that I care most deeply for. They have true understanding and compassion for those they care for as well as their family members.
Caring Hearts cared for my grandma! She had the most caring and compassionate caregiver whom grandma fell in love. The office staff was great about making schedule changes based on our needs and I felt at ease knowing grandma was well taken care of.
I worked for Caring Hearts for a few months. It’s a great place to work. The clients are great and the office staff was kind and courteous. The pay is competitive compared to the other agencies in Rochester.
At first everything was going quite well, but after about 3 months the aide that was caring for my Dad took advantage of him by leaving early, and not clocking out causing inflated changes. He then was assigned a new aide, and the same thing happened, but this time they preyed on him by giving him a sob story. My father being the kind person that he is bought food for the aide. Both were fired. In my opinion the company is not hiring people with morals that one might expect. So buyer beware.
