Company repeatedly failed to show up. In a year's time they may have actually showed up twice. Because of them I can't walk right because I injured my leg badly, could not get to a doctor to get it looked at and it healed wrong. In addition I had to go off a controlled substance medication cold turkey because they refused to show up to get me to the appointment for refills and my doctor couldn't refill if I wasn't there in person. Is worse transportation company she unprofessional who run that company driver are very sorry I wouldn’t let drive my dog to corn store just sorry woman answer phone have no people skills please do not used this service at all
First time using them for transportation to appointment and 30 minutes after i was supposed to be at my appointment i get informed there driver couldn't take me i called 2 hours ahead to make sure they were coming and then called again 10 minutes before my appointment and nothing was told to me bullcrap ill never use caring hearts transportation again.
I only rated one star so I'd be able to leave a review. This is not a bad company, it's a good company offering a good service. They have Horrible Drivers. Drivers are not considerate of patients.
