My cat, Bugsy Iyengar has been with this clinic and Dr. Hayley Schafer for several years. We love Dr. Schafer and her service. However, lately, that last three times in a row, whenever we call for an appointment, we are always told to take a rush appointment for a $100 because they claim to be booked out. I have been coming to your location for 10 years with my animals.... Several months ago I was having issues with my dog, and called for an appointment and was told I couldn't even be squeezed in.... This was by 'summer' who answered the phone... Without even consulting the vet or anyone above her.... The situation went away, but came back and I saw Dr schaffer a little over a month ago for my dog....
