My cat, Bugsy Iyengar has been with this clinic and Dr. Hayley Schafer for several years. We love Dr. Schafer and her service. However, lately, that last three times in a row, whenever we call for an appointment, we are always told to take a rush appointment for a $100 because they claim to be booked out. If you have time to take clients in for Rush appointments, how come you say you are booked out. Are you not supposed to take in your regular clients who call to get an appointment?
