I had a very positive experience with this hospice. RN Dolly was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The office staff were also excellent, they responded quickly and were always helpful and professional. I truly appreciate the care and dedication of the entire team. I would absolutely recommend them again in the future. Thank you for everything!
They are unbelievable. They take care of so much. RN nurses, awesome aides and great social worker. Any thing we need they take care of us. They help with forms and paperwork. Unprofessional, disorganized and poor follow through. A day or two after signing with this organization my 88 yo mother had a sudden change so I reached out to the after-hours number for advice and direction. The person who took my message said a nurse would call me back — 4 hours later and still no one had returned my call. I called again and was told the same thing that a nurse would call ASAP. This time I did receive a call back which came 30 minutes later from a ‘Spiritual Advisor’ - not an RN or physician. Unacceptable!... read more
Our experience with Caring Heart Hospice was disturbing to say the least. The nurse, Valerie, was very skilled and professional. She was compassionate and informative. The problem is the CEO, Dolly. My 82 year old mother, dying from cancer, always made it very clear that she wanted to pass on at home. In the 19 days she was in the "care" of Caring Heart Hospice, Dolly consistently pressured my mom to go into a care facility, ignoring the fact that COVID would prevent us from seeing her.
