Absolute worst service ever. Have been trying to contact a service coordinator for about 3 months. Today finally got a person vs a voicemail and had to call 3 times to let her know not to transfer my call to a voicemail, she then places me on hold and disconnects the call.
I work here. They never answer the phones.
They never answer their phones even for referrals. Can't imagine that they provide good care. Impossible to contact not to mention frustrating.
