This is our first time having a family dog, and they are always very happy to spend time with us and our dog and answer any questions and concerns we might have! They are wonderful with our puppy! The name "Caring Heart" is truly appropriate for this practice . Dr. Kim along with Dr. Chris and the rest of the staff are very welcoming , friendly and knowledgeable. I ask a million questions and I am never made to feel that I am a bother or that I am taking up too much time. Dr. Kim will explain your options in many different ways until you "get it". We recently brought our dog in as a new patient so we could get a second opinion regarding her recent health issues. It turns out the emergency vet and our regular vet both missed some important things. Dr. Weisman was friendly and thorough as well as incredibly knowledgeable. We now have a diagnosis and a plan of action. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The office is clean and bright. I highly recommend bringing your furry family members to Caring Heart.
We cannot say enough about Dr. Kim and the excellent care Caring Heart Animal Hospital provides. Tara and True were patients of Dr. Kim for years and we are so thankful she is back in the area and providing the same excellent, compassionate care.
