Waited once again for 45 mins for a 9am appointment for my son to not even be called in or seen. I had to walk up to receptionist to ask what the hold up was. She mentioned she let the nurse know 3xs that we were there and nothing. Had to leave to bring him in to daycare on time and get to work. This was also the appt after rescheduling. Not cool man.
I love this place I always receive the care that l need and all my health questions are always answered

We have been patients here for several years, and we have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. We have been attempting to schedule an appointment for several months without success. Furthermore, my medical follow-ups have been non-existent; there has been no follow-up regarding medication or current health conditions being treated.
