The service from the home health aides are impeccable!! I couldn’t be more happier with the experience and how well the interaction is between my mom and our aide. We love her!! My only concern is lack of communication with the aides and the agency when they may not be able to come over. I feel the aides should inform the agency so they know can provide coverage sooner than later. Other than that, every aide has been outstanding with care for my mom. I was educated there in 2012 and it was the best training school ever, and both the owner of the school was so caring, welcoming, respectful, loving, and helpful also in times of need. And I will always recommend their school to others no matter what.
Love working with this company. Seth, Diane, Yvonne and Henry all help out with anything we needed. Our caregiver is amazing and we all enjoy her. Thank you New Era for all your hard work!!
