Every time I call this office nobody picks up the phone!!! There used to be a lovely lady in the reception area.. I believe her name was Marcella, she would always answer the phone quickly & take care of my needs.. but ever since she left this place sucks at calling to sched appointments & answering their phones!!!!!
Worst behavioral health agency. Does not know how to treat clients. I had my child removed and placed in a more stable agency where they really care about the needs of the families and clients served.
