Had my mother here for more than a year, and I hated it. The staff is badly overworked: one attendant for five residents, some of them total care. The residents here had many injuries-- I believe there were five broken hips while my mother was there. The fire alarm battery alert was beeping for more than a week, and I don't think it got changed before I moved my mother out.
