Dr. Varghese is wonderful! Very patient and understanding. She preformed my total hysterectomy and it went well. Sandy from the Denton office was so helpful and friendly getting me approved and scheduled for it. The nurse at Varghese office is so caring and sweet.
I became a patient at Caring for Women around March/April 2024 and gave birth in November 2024. My doctor was Christopher Ortiz. This was my first pregnancy, and my experience was honestly great from start to finish. Dr. Ortiz communicated clearly and was very to the point, which I appreciated because it never felt overwhelming. He listened to my concerns and always answered my questions. Dr. Varghese and her assistant are amazing! They make me feel so comfortable each time I'm in the office. Both of them are so accommodating. They explain everything and make sure I understand. Honestly I wish I could use them for all of my health needs! Those ladies deserve a raise!!!
This office is amazing and Dr Ortiz is the absolute best doctor. He delivered my first child and is so patient and kind. I would recommend this office to everyone I know!
I hope the calls are recorded, as I would like to formally share feedback regarding my recent interaction. I only spoke with Karen for a little over a minute, but her demeanor and lack of customer service immediately turned me away. When she asked if I wanted to move forward with setting my appointment, I responded, “Sure,” and her reply was, “Is that a yes or a no?” The tone felt snarky and unwelcoming.
