Dr Valenti and his staff are amazing! They're always friendly and helpful. I don't think I even waited 5 mins to be called back. Everything was explained to me and they made sure I had no questions when I left.
Office charged for multiple appointments some being from a year ago that has they try to double charge. Doctors are very rushed and not much care or questions asked
I was seeing Dr Ortiz for prenatal care. The appointment didn't even include the medical exam or sonogram findings. It consisted of the Dr antagonizing me and shaming me for sharing my feelings about my pregnancy. In the summary visits he claims he did a physical examination. Not once de he touch me but billed my insurance. I requested the findings of my sonogram and still did not get them. I requested prenatal testing 3x that was not given. Me and my wife just came back from this office, front desk was great and sonogram tech too but as soon as DR ORTIZ walks in, first impression was a loss, he didn’t introduce himself, wife is currently in her 2nd trimester, and this man was being way to aggressive with his responses, belittling and provoking her mental health state, he wanted to institutionalize her without giving her the opportunity to address it in the way that they had already suggested, but only because my wife was expressing herself about her pregnancy a... read more
