WARNING -This is a terrible uncaring business with confusing and erratic billing. They don't respond to questions and problems or return calls and they don't always answer the phone. They only want your money. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau and this was the response - "We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file." They bought the company through which I had my Aide so to keep her I went with them.
