As a service provider they have always gone above and beyond, making sure the people they serve are getting the right level of care. Christi is attentive to details that make a difference and quick to respond to any issues that arise. We are beyond pleased with our experience.
We have worked with Christi and her agency for our son Nate through Nebraska’s A&D Waiver services for almost 7 years, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. What sets Christi apart is the combination of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. She stays on top of the constantly changing DHHS and Medicaid requirements and makes sure families remain compliant without adding unnecessary stress. We have been extremely satisfied! Christi is always quick to respond and will go above and beyond. Been with the company for years and never had any problems.
If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. Terrible place to work and horrible communication. Would definitely not recommend this care for your family at least this certain location.
