I had a very disappointing experience with Caring for People in-home care services. From the start, there were serious issues with reliability and professionalism. Caregivers were frequently late or failed to show up at all, often without any notice or explanation. This caused unnecessary stress and disrupted routines for our family. I was a client of Caring for People, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The caregivers often showed up late or not at all, and when they were here, many of them seemed disinterested or unsure of what they were supposed to do. I didn’t feel safe or properly cared for, which is the bare minimum someone in my position should expect. My son has been at caring for people for 13 years our experience has been wonderful we may not always know every office staff member but have always been very fond of the root of family that started the company they are outstanding.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents who started using Caring for People Services in July of this year, so far the services my parents have received have been outstanding. I live out of state, so knowing these services are going so well have been a huge comfort to me.
