To give an ultimatum instead of trying to work things out for the betterment of the child you are supposed to be providing care for is insane. An absolute joke at best. To disregard guidelines set by the cdc is laughable at best cause what else can you do in that situation. We have been using Caring for Kids for 4 years at the Helotes location. We will not be using them going forward. Staff is not efficient, wait times for scheduled appointments are always 45+ minutes past (sometimes longer) the scheduled time. When I brought this up with office manager, I learned why…Staff is not professional and not reflective of what you expect of a staff at a doctor’s office. Amazing staff! Doctors are the best very welcoming, office is very clean and organized My boys have been here since babies and have no issues.
