Horrible customer service. Had a complain going on a month and the office manager, Sonia, will NOT return my call. Left several messages to the front desk ladies for someone to talk to me. Called several times to explain the situation to no avail. Upset they wasted my time. Horrible! We are going to another doctor office where they care. Very upset with this office (Westover hills) location. Don't go here its just a headache and heartache.

I've always believed Dr. Castro to be a good doctor. The problem is he has surrounded himself with an abysmal staff. I was at the westover hills location today and witnessed a young mother of young toddler twins who had been in the waiting room for more than 45 minutes and her kids began to melt down. She began to struggle to try to calm both children and she told me she wanted to go back to a room to continue waiting. She knocked on the office sliding window to ask for help. Hands down the best doctors office, doctors & staff. Everyone is so welcoming, the doctors truly love each patient. I recommend Dr. Castro and Dr. Frank to everyone!

Dr.Castro is the best. He loves kids and always takes his time to explain everything. All of my family takes their kids here. Yes you do have to make an appointment but thats anywhere you go. I also recommend Dr. Wood and Dr. Fernandez.

this is an awesome clinic. dr castro really cares for his patients and really listens to the parents concerns and takes everything into consideration. i love this clinic. my son was diagnosed with asthma and is very careful and will see my kids on his lunch break if they get sick or if my son starts wheezing. i greatly recommend this office.

The doctors there are great but if you have to make an an appointment for your sick child the medical office specialist don't take you seriously and don't care im sorry but they have to get another MOS and replace sonia my little girl has bronchities and she wasn't trying to help so I'm going to take her to the walk in clinic now I'm getting ready swich doctors. Overall I don't recommend this clinic.
