因为甲状腺的疾病，见到了Veling Tsai 医生。他很忙碌，走路都是匆匆忙忙的，但是当他开始面诊的时候，又是非常专业又特别有耐心的，他详细的告知我的病情，耐心讲解接下来需要帮我完成的手术细节，他耐心的询问我的疑问，并一一解答，是真正的医者仁心！还有，诊所很干净，所有的医护人员都很Nice，生病了肯定是不幸的，但还是有点小幸运，遇到了很棒的医生！ 希望 我的手术一切顺利！也希望所有人都健健康康！
Dr. Tsai is very attentive and worked very hard on my nose surgery. I appreciate the hard work and know this isn’t easy.
I made the appointment at 1:30pm which I told them I wanted the first one after lunch time and they also confirmed that, I should be the first one to see the doctor, but they still made me wait 1more hour!!!
I have been visiting this office for about 3-4 years now for my daughter, who had multiple throat infections, allergies and has severe nose bleeds. They put her on allergy medication and conducted a sleep study. Dr. Tsai did a great job on her tonsillectomy. I have never experienced the long wait times that some of these reviews mention, and although the receptionist is older man, he is not rude. The staff has been great, the girl who schedule are attentive. I've had nothing but good things to say about this office.
Type of care is ENT. Care of quality is really good. Office visit experience is so much better than before. Dr. Tsai is truly a caring person and Doctor.
