Doctor was rude. Front desk was rude. Not the best ent.
Dr. Tsai is a good doctor, but he’s not very good at returning patient’s messages and post procedure questions. I was quite disappointed that I left two messages in the past month or so and he didn’t bother to respond or call me back. I’ve been seeing this ENT Specialist for about a year now and my inner left ear popping sound condition still persists.
This ENT department is so bad. They only want money and force you to do expensive examinations. You have to pay for it yourself, otherwise they won’t write a report. Later, they strongly asked me to write a report about my nose problem, but they wrote it in a mess. The female doctor wanted to copy my personal surgery report without permission. I wanted to call the police. Whoever goes there will be unlucky. 這間耳鼻喉科簡直太壞了，只想要錢強迫你做貴的檢查，需要你自己自費，不然不寫報告，後來強烈要求寫了鼻的問題報告，亦亂寫出來，那位女醫生私自想複印我個人的手術報告，我都想報警了，誰去誰倒楣
Dr. Veling Tsai is very knowledgeable and friendly with a positive attitude. Very skillful and explained the images. Very impressed. Great Doctor! Busy office, usually either PA or NP do the preliminary. I don't have a problem with PA or NP, but it would be nice to let the patient know ahead of time, so you'll have a choice to wait longer for real Dr. Appt.
