Great staff great Dr's but not for poor people. Been a patient over 4 yrs had a pout 3,000.00 in dental work they assumed that my insurance was maxed out for yr and it did not restart for couple of months did not tell me I had to pay out of pocket 1,000.00 for final work when if they would have to me I would have waited one month tell in reset. Then 2 yrs later have tooth break off refuse to call in antibodes and liteacaine which is like no big deal but. So even if you are good paying customers they do not believe in followup care u have to play money game do new follow up about $100.00 then another day to get work done about $100.00 to $250.00. They just don't treat people the way they would be treated. Sad sucks great Dr but sad policy. Don't even let u make payments after you played the money game. If your made of money great dentist.

First visit Dr. Thorner calmed my fears and prescribed a medication to sedate me due to an extreme anxiety. He referred me to someone one in WV for my root canal and that dentist was amazing. No problems . No pain. Went back to Dr. Thorner to have restoration done on tooth, but this time the sedation medication didn't work, and I told them it wasn't working. The hygienist assured me that I wouldn't feel any pain and was refusing to give me any numbing medication. Finally she relented, but I could feel everything. She told me it was just in my head. It was not in my head; I was in more pain than ever before. The "filling" she put in was only partial. When I had first gone in I was told that I would have the filling and crown done. Not so. So now I am in more pain and have a bigger problem with my tooth, At this point I will have to travel out of state just to get my tooth fixed. Do not go to Dr. Thorner as he does not actually do any of the work. He allows his dental hygentists to do the work.No compassion. Only wish there was a zero option on the stars,
