I do not leave negative reviews, but I feel that I need to speak up in this circumstance. The office staff has poor communication and follow-up. Promises are made and not kept. My family has been waiting to be paired with a counselor since April. Each time we are given a name of someone with availability - nobody reaches out. The office staff fails to call and inform us of the change. They instead leave us waiting for a week or more expecting a call that never comes.
