I asked to change therapists after the one I was assigned cancelled and was late to consecutive sessions. She also wasn’t very present during our virtual appointments, often looking down and looking distracted. Imagine how I felt expressing my innermost thoughts and seeing that my therapist was not interested. I was ghosted by Caring Conversations after a couple of calls and a text message.

been working with Karen for over 2 years now and it has been life changing. if you’re thinking about receiving care at caring conversations, i highly recommend you do it. this is a place where you will feel heard, cared for and will definitely grow as a person.

I met karen many years ago at the beginning of my journey! She has helped me through some very tough times. I had very unhealthy coping skills, and I wasn’t able to regulate my emotions. I was all over the place and slowly but surely she taught me skills to help me cope in healthy ways. Now I can show up for myself and others, and lean into healthy coping skills when necessary.
