I absolutely love all the staff who take care of me here. They are kind & make you feel comfortable in a way I’ve never experienced at any dentist. That being said, the billing department is extremely shady. I was charged for a deeper clean my first time there. They said next time I wouldn’t need to pay extra to do it again. They call me the week of my appointment and tell me we have to reschedule. They couldn’t get me in for another 3 months. I no longer support this dentistry! I realize I am one of many patients you attend to so when I need to cancel an appointment for a legitimate reason I do not expect to be pushed out another 6 months before I can get in. And you are suppose to be the professionals so if you see something do something! Don't expect your patient to always know when something is wrong, ie, no pain, nothing visible by eye! Good luck!
They are professional, friendly, and helpful. I am very satisfied with the care I’ve received here. Alexis does a great job.
**UPDATE** They aren't returning phone messages or emails... They must know they are in the wrong. It's wild there can be such a huge discrepancy between their estimated billing (with premium insurance) and the work they do. With all the other reviews this seems to be their MO... And they keep getting called out for it in their reviews. I was recommended this place by a friend. I have no issues with the Dentist or Hygienist. But boy as I'm learning from these recent comments that they DO NOT understand or know how insurance ... read more
Dr Ali did a great job with a long time troublesome tooth. His dental assistant was knowledgeable and great as well. Great experience
