Updated- Unfortunately this dental practice fails to abide by its agreements regarding dental insurance. While it says it’s a participating provider, it requires payment above and beyond the negotiated fees allowed by the insurer. The insurer provided around $50 for out of pocket costs, while the dentist billed me for $175. I have never experienced this type of over billing. The staff and hygienists are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. This dental team has done a great job in improving my dental health over the past 4+ years. The office is clean, inviting, and comfortable, while also featuring modern hygiene equipment.
The dentist, hygienists, and dental techs have all been great! I got cavities filled by Dr Ali Kurdi and have had no issues with them at all. He's very thorough and friendly! That being said, I've had multiple issues with scheduling and billing at this office. I was scheduled for a cleaning in Dec, however a few days before the appointment, they texted me to tell me they were cancelling the appointment because they had scheduled it with my Dr instead of with a hygenist.
