This clinic is bad I used to take my two children to see Dr. , and after he pulled out my daughter’s tooth they stopped treating them and refused to continue their care, saying that they don’t accept Medicaid. I used to have Medicaid before, and now they are asking me to change clinics. Isn’t there a supervisor or someone in charge I can file a complaint with? Because they really mistreated my daughter and treated me badly.and when I try call them they let me in hold
Dentist visits to me are akin to a prostate exam. Really not looking forward to the appointment. However, from the moment I entered Contemporary Dentistry's office, I was made to feel welcome, and put at ease by all Staff members, Dentist and Dental Hygienist. Dentist and staff were extremely knowledgeable and competent, diagnosed the issue quickly, and made recommendations based on their experience, expertise and what was in my best interest. correspondence with the office was great aside from Stacey
Very kind staff. I was in good hands! Requested the old style cleaning instead of the technology cleaning. No problem! They were happy to do which ever way I preferred.
My son loved his dental visit. He wants explanations of what is happening before they do it, staff did a great job answering all his questions.
