I can’t say enough wonderful things about Caring Community Clinic. I had to disrupt the medical side’s schedule with an emergency this morning and then be added into the dentist’s schedule right after that. From the staff to Dr Johnson, and Dr Steve the dentist, everyone was so kind, empathetic, talented and CARING (as in the business name). I am forever grateful to all of you. God bless and keep you, each and everyone.
Lady on the phone definitely seemed like she had better things to do with her time than help me. Let me save you a trip. Terrible.
Staff is rude, even over the phone. If you have any insurance at all, even if it doesn't cover dental or vision, they will not help you. If you have an out of state ID or insurance they won't help you. Even if it's an emergency they won't help you. The world we live in is stupid. And I hope that everyone with its not my problem mentality has the day, week, month and year they deserve. Having and infection running through your body over a tooth and still being told we can't help you blows my mind.
