My rating is based on the communication that I had with Caring Christians (Deanna). There were a few unpleasant things that happened to a friend; however, Caring Christians cannot be eyes & ears everywhere. There are always 2 sides to a story & not everyone tells the truth- it gets a little misconstrued. There were a couple employees that were less than stellar; in which CC were told of the situation & they are no longer employed.
am leaving this review on behalf of my mother, who trusted Caring Christians Private Duty to care for her in her home. Unfortunately, her experience was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. One caregiver went through her personal belongings and stole $800 from her file cabinet. This is not a small issue—this is a serious violation of trust and safety for a vulnerable elderly person. We have Chris and Rochelle sharing Friday and Sunday overnights who are very good with my husband even though he has to urinate 6 times during the night. Wanda and Kenni are very good during the day, keeping him stimulated with exercises, puzzles, bingo, dominos, stickers, and simple card games, all provided by us for use. These workers should be acknowledged by their employer for a job well done. We also have had many bad experiences with the day shifts not showing up and not informing CC.
