Through Linda at 1st Place Senior Housing, we found Ina Lungu who owns and manages Caring Cabin in Bothell. I found Ina to be an honest, competent, and caring Christian woman. She is a skilled RN who is not just running a business - she cares for her residents on a 24/7 basis. The location offers a peaceful, picturesque escape surrounded by nature. Caring Cabin, and Ina, were just what our family needed during the difficult first transition for our mother into a facility to support her early stages of dementia. Ina made the process smooth, and we truly felt like our mom was moving from our home into that of Ina and her family. Caring Cabin has been an absolutely wonderful home for my dad. The level of care and attention he's received has far surpassed what he was getting at his previous assisted-living facility. The meals are home-cooked, rather than a lot of prepackaged food like you find in some adult-family homes, so there's often the smell of something delicious being made. Caring Cabin provides outstanding care to my 90 year old Mother-In-Law. Cleanliness is top notch and home cooked meals are served. My Mother-In-Law enjoys the peaceful atmosphere and caring staff. I highly recommend the Caring Cabin Adult Family Home.
My father spent the last four years (of his 95) at Caring Cabin. He was well cared for, engaged, and content/happy. It was the perfect setting for him.
