I highly recommend Carina’s florist, near Peace Park in Ashbury. The flowers are always fresh and the florist will advise on which flowers will last the longest. If you want a bespoke bunch of fresh flowers that will last - go to Carina’s Florist.
I have been buying flowers from Carina Florist since the 1990s. Josie has a fast turnover. Her flowers are always fresh and her prices are competitive. I don’t usually buy roses when it’s hot but Josie assured me that her large red roses would hold despite the February heat. After 10 days the roses are still beautifully upright and holding all their petals. Thank you Josie for always providing top quality, lasting flowers and reliable advice. I ordered a bouquet here for a special occasion 10/25. I showed the florist a clear reference photo a loose, airy European style bouquet with wildflower character: soft pastels, chamomile, delicate whites and light pink tones. I mentioned that I loved that “natural, effortless” look. The bouquet I received was technically well made and the flowers were fresh, but stylistically it felt very different.
