I took my 5 year old son for his first proper eye test today and Carina was so professional and friendly. She waited patiently for my son to respond, never rushing him and made him feel totally at ease. The eye test was extremely thorough; Carina had all the equipment for various scans and photos. It was extremely comprehensive and then she took time to explain all the results to us and provide relevant advice and management strategies. We will be back to see Carina again for our next review!
Carina was excellent in dealing with my tricky script. We trialled a newer technology to thin my lenses and Carina was great every step of the way, fixing a small issue with no hassle and providing advice along the way. Glad to have found you Carina, you offer a great service!
