The hotel itself is fine. You can tell it was built to be a condo building and they couldn’t sell the condos so they turned it into a hotel. Theres very little to no signage around the hotel as to how to get to all the amenities. Very confusing. The rooms were clean and not that up to date. The hotel staff is the most incompetent group of individuals I’ve ever encountered. You might be wondering why that matters, but it will matter when they incorrectly charge you on your invoice. Myself and my wife recently spent a week here and it was decent. The rooms themselves are very nice modern and clean no complaints whatsoever. The interior of the building is nice and the service was good. The main floor outdoor pool was nice with food and beverage service. The beach was small and was loaded with seaweed. The exterior of the building is very dated and not in the best shape. The neighborhood has older buildings and is not the most modern. Overall not a bad resort.

Rosa the valet attendant was absolutely horrible. She was impolite, rude, and not kind at all from the moment we arrived. Her attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, making what should have been a simple experience frustrating and unpleasant. Customer service clearly was not a priority for her, and it reflected in every interaction. Someone representing a business should treat people with courtesy, and Rosa did the exact opposite. Great job Rosa, you got your employer a 1 star review
