I want to give this office 0 stars! Please do not go here for your dental needs. My family has been loyal to this practice for 7 years until now. Brittany the office manager is not professional, lies, and does not return calls. If I could take back the thousands of dollars that I have spent here I would.
Still waiting on a call back regarding the botched root canal you did two years ago. Find it absolutely ridiculous that I also call and the girl claimed the office is closed. Really? But you’re answering the phone? � I sent the X-rays over from my new dentist office. I’m doing everything on my end so when are y’all gonna do yours??
I had the best dental experience today. Dr. Snipes and the supportive staff were excellent and very professional. They were very attentive, caring and they made me feel at ease during my procedure. No needles for my cleaning and it didn't hurt. I now have a new dentist and her name is Dr. Snipes.
