They have a high turnover rate, probably due to the fact they only pay there employees \$7.25 per hour. Considering that they dont seem to care about thier employees or the quality of thier employeesthen I dont believe they would care for your family members.
Wonderful place. Caring staff and residents that love to live there. Old reviews are just that old and a childish ex employee that most likely got fired for not working well or sleeping on the job.
If youre looking for a place to put your loved one...then I highly reccommend this place! Becky Johnson, the director, is the most wonderful individual and truly cares about her residents!
Carillon is the worst place to put your loved one, the director is always stuck in her office and the ARCD is about the most unattentive individual in the world. Their staff is never steady and the people that live there are always scared for their welfare. The alhimers unit is even worse and the Garden Place head is the worst most unknowing, rude, and unstable in attitude I have ever seen. Its shocking that the state has not shut them down. Carillon is an excellent place for a loved one! I had a family member that lived there for almost nine years before she passed away. She loved every day there. It was "home" to her as it is for so many others. There have been many that would rather be there than anywhere else. Please disregard Alexs comments, as she was once an employee herself and only sees things one sided. It is sometimes difficult to have an open mind if you feel you have been treated unfairly. Carillon is not perfect, but it is the BEST!
