As I was reading the other reviews it must be the way they do I'm actually sitting here now waiting on my scheduled ultrasound ive never been treated bad at this facility but the lady at the xray check-in is rude! She had her window shut so I was patiently waiting she finally opened the window do u have an appointment yes I wouldn't be standing here if not like I just interrupted her day!
Never a vad experience here...coming from va beach and dealing with Staff there its a big difference in helpfullness and attitude here at carilion!! I am due to have another neck surgery here soon and lumbar after... every visit has been stressfree! I love the moutsin views and the cow pasture across the street as well!!!
This is the worse Hospital in 100 mile radius . Unless your unresponsive don't go here or take your children . The staff are absolutely horrible and they could care less if you even have a drink water much less care . Sad , it should be shut down . You could get better care at Walmart and that's the plain truth .
