My doctor referred me to this hospital for a hearing test. It went fine and it showed enough hearing loss that they asked if I wanted an appointment with their hearing aid specialist, Sharon Tolley. Several days before the appointment I thought to call her to ask to be sure my insurance covered the hearing aid. She didn't call me back so I called again the next day and left a message again and no one called me back and so I emailed her. No response.
