Went in for chronic hip pain and was prescribed 6 weeks of therapy. After 3 weeks therapy was making the hip pain worse. I bent down to pick something up and my back started hurting to the point I struggle to walk sit or stand. I called and was on hold for over 20 min twice. They referred me to pain management Tues afternoon and I still have not heard back from pain management 2 days later. Yes I am aware I have back issues that may have been causing the hip pain, but now my back is worse than it was the day I saw the dr.

Always a pleasant experience starting from entry all the way through to completion of appointments. Immaculately clean. All staff are very friendly and courteous. Great medical providers that listen and explain options thoughly.

It was a very bad decision on my part to choose this clinic. I was passed from doctor to doctor and was told that my hip pain was coming from my L5 rupture. After Drs. Behrend, Coobs, & Kasmer left me in the lurch and full of pain, I insisted that I see someone else. Diagnosis -- a torn labrum & fractured hip. I am so angry at these doctors for failing to do their job to discover what was actually causing my pain and not listening to me closely enough.
