Great service, nice people.
Try to book an appointment and gave the lady everything she asked for. Only problem is she couldn't find in her system what my healthcare provider would file under. Offer her a number to my insurance to call and she got more difficult. Finally canceled trying to make an appointment !!!! Stupid is hard to fix
