Called this morning just after 8 AM. Told I was #24 in que and about 18 minute wait. After waiting a long time I elected the call back option. But NO call back ever came. Then 2 hours after that I called again and was told they are still very busy. I waited ALL DAY and NO CALLBACK. I would NEVER go there. Poor Business Model
