What garbage, husband made an appointment to get arthritis shots in both knees. The receptionist only listed 1 shot in the right knee. When the Dr came in my husband told him he scheduled for both knees and was refused because the doctor only was allowed a 10 minute appointment and a 30 second, 2nd shot could NOT be worked in ????? You have to pay another copay and come back some other time. TERRIBLE !!!!!

Insane that I have to wait almost 5 months in order to be seen to get an EMG/Nerve Conduction Test, is there not more doctor's that can do it? This is Carilion...a huge healthcare network. It's getting to the point where I may not be able to work much longer with my symptoms worsening and I don't even have a definite diagnosis yet, can't get disability without a diagnosis and a letter from a doctor saying I can't work.
