Visit with/for my elderly mother. Am writing this as we continue to wait. So far over an hour past our appointment. No doctor yet, no one has a moment to apologize for the wait. It doesn't seem that busy. Meanwhile, my mother is stuck in an uncomfortable wheelchair all this time...
This will be our 3rd time at this location. Our appointment time was 9:30am. We are still sitting in room waiting on the doctor to see us. We have jobs, we have things to handle. If you cannot be on time then why schedule an appointment. We could have just came at 10:30am. I have had a bad experience everytime we have been in this office.
