Huge disappointment. Extremely long waits to see anyone. Constantly running you around and not addressing the problem. Three months out of work for absolutely nothing to be done. Made it to Dr. O they call him only to be told nothing about the back problem and only talk about insurance which I have. They acted like it was really fast to see him in only 3 months since someone cancelled. Dr. J was amazing in our 1st consultation, even with hard news to hear. He never rushed us in our time asking questions and was very humble, honest and polite. Gave us unbias options and time to go away and make best decision for ourselves.
I had been to this facility in April when the doctor I saw recommended a treatment for my neck problems. A few weeks later I called to schedule the treatment or so I thought. I specifically told the "scheduler" that I lived 2 hours from the facility and would need to be scheduled to get the treatment the day of the appointment. She assured me I would. Absolutely ridiculous my appointment was at 245 and still have not been seen and it's 323. Xray was fast and quick but after that it took forever
Been requesting modification of my medicine since 5-14-24, and nothing is being done, no one is calling me back, they say we have sent them a msg but no call back since that day only me calling and same little lie of we just waiting on a response, while am here suffering in pain without being able to do my own exercises or move around with out discomfort, when they start giving me the respect and treatment I deserve I will bring up my star, is at 1 because in the beginning they were nice now I feel very disrespected and laug... read more
