These are good people a they listen to the patients. Very happy with Dr Marvin.
Due to lack of professionalism, and care for individual patient, I unfortunately ended up back in the hospital because my surgeon's nurse did not take my condition seriously even though we reached out on three seperate occasions, by three separate individuals with concerns. There was the potential for life altering/threatening consequences if I would not have went against her advice and went to the ER.
I was so happy with the neurosurgeon I have. I need surgery, and the insurance is fighting it. They have filed an appeal, but they aren’t making money off me right now, so they don’t care. Won’t answer messages on MyChart anymore, and I just called after hours because I’m getting worse, and I don’t know what to do. Of course no call back. Very disappointed.
Huge disappointment. Extremely long waits to see anyone. Constantly running you around and not addressing the problem. Three months out of work for absolutely nothing to be done. Made it to Dr. O they call him only to be told nothing about the back problem and only talk about insurance which I have. They acted like it was really fast to see him in only 3 months since someone cancelled. Dr. J was amazing in our 1st consultation, even with hard news to hear. He never rushed us in our time asking questions and was very humble, honest and polite. Gave us unbias options and time to go away and make best decision for ourselves.
