If I could have picked zero stars, I would have. Extremely dissatisfied. Prescriber didn’t give the correct amount of a prescription and will not answer MyChart portal messages while demanding I drive 3 hours to see him just to get refills for a prescription I’ve been taking for over 6 years. Also they need to update their work hours. They are closed on Friday yet says they are open. Worst thing about this place was Katie Allen. Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional.
Katie Allen is the best NP or PA that I have ever seen. All around pleased with Katie. But the clinic manager, Katelynn is about as short and rude as it gets not to leave out Krisanne, the RN. I have changed providers because of them.
Avoid if you value your health. I was in the hospital 3 times, couldn't walk, couldn't feed myself (I'm in my 30s, not a normal occurrence). I called and begged this office for help. It never came in 6 months, just bills and suffering. I went to private doctors and they got me walking and living again in 4 months. I've called managers, patient advocates, social workers, all promises to help, all did nothing. The people monitoring this "offering to help" even hung up on me. Doctors have been bad before but this is a new low.
