My visit was about 4 hours and I saw Dr Mossy because my arm was hurting where I fell on it the day before."He took X-rays and a cat scan and still could not tell if my arm was broken".I asked them I know a dozen or more times to bring me a glass of water and they never brought it to me.So I waited on Mossy to bring the results and he came and said my arm was swollen.after that I left and will not go back. Because they do not know what they are doing.

As far as the Dr's and the staff, they are great! However, I was making monthly payments and doing really good. READ the fine print. After almost a year they turned me over to collections, and will no longer accept partial payments. FYI, three months is their policy. VERY UPSET.......plus, the lady was very rude to me in the Roanoke office.

former patient of Therisa underwood what's that thing about rats deserting a sinking ship when the good doctors start leaving its time you should have already gone. other reviewers are 100 percent right though you call to set an appointment and 9 times out of 10 they never answer the phone. the suck egg doctors they have left there refuse to fill prescriptions and when they do they have the wrong ones filled. i guess the big money grubbers expect the suck egg doctors to fill all of the spots of those docs who left ALL of car... read more
