I can’t say anything good about this place other than the fact that they are still open. I’ve come for years and still can’t ever seem to be with someone that stays. You’ll be placed with a minion that goes and talks to a doctor that’ll probably only be there a couple months. I’m starting to think there’s a practice that places less important appointments extremely far out. I went here as a child and now my child goes here it’s worth the while they give children books, some nurses make toys and sashes for babies medical students in training are very well taught!
They are very bad and have been canceling my appointments because all they need is a glucose test done even though that’s not even important rn. My prenatal visits are more important. I suggest not going here. Nurses are very rude just like the staff.
Has the best doctor ive ever had, but unfortunately they are still in training and will be leaving on program completion. But because she is not a real doctor it is more difficult than usual to get my prescriptions refilled. And it is hard to reach the front desk (via phone).
I had an appointment yesterday i usually see someone else, but i had DR Polk, she wasnt warm at all! She clearly wanted me out that place quick She acted as if she was in a rush.. i didn’t understand something and the way she corrected me she did as if i was dumb, when i clearly didn’t have the knowledge of what i was asking her.
